Recently bought a car from Kobus and what a great experience from start to finish. Quick, friendly and efficient service - everything was handled seamlessly. You can genuinely see the pride he takes in his business — all the cars I've … More seen whilst dealing with him were in excellent condition and beautifully presented. I’m very happy with my purchase and feel that I got great value for money. Would gladly recommend LJR Auto to anyone looking for a quality vehicle!

What an absolute pleasure dealing with LJR Auto! From the very first interaction to driving away in my Jimny, the service was outstanding. Professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
What really stood out … More for me was the personal touch — you’re not treated like just another customer. Every question was answered, communication was excellent, and the whole experience felt smooth and stress-free.
I absolutely love my Jimny and couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. Highly recommend LJR Auto to anyone looking for great service and people who genuinely care. Thank you again!

LJR Auto has given me the best customer service that I have had in a while. They offer a personal relationship while assisting you from A-Z with purchasing and selling of your vehicles. Heinrich went above and beyond with the sale of my … More Tiguan and the purchase of my mini cooper. I could not be happier or recommend more

I recently bought a vehicle from LJR Auto and I was super impressed with the service I received - very professional and efficient. Heinrich went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle same day and he communicated clearly and proactively … More with me throughout the entire sales process. I can highly recommend LJR Auto and will use them again in future.

Heinrich assisted me with 3 successful vehicle transactions in the past month and the experience has been smooth and professional. He clearly knows cars inside out, does proper research and has a genuine passion for what he does, which … More comes through in the way he advises and works with customers.
What stands out most is his communication and reliability. He keeps you informed throughout the process, does what he says he will do when he says he will do it, and importantly, he does not create unrealistic expectations. He is upfront, practical, and sets clear expectations from the start.
Good customer service can be hard to find in the second-hand car market and Heinrich consistently delivers. My decision not to approach "the people who buy cars" paid off and I would definitely recommend LJR Auto to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional dealer

I saw the add on Auto trader on Thursday evening late. Send an enquiry and Heinrich phoned me early the Friday morning. He insisted that i must come and look at T cross they have as i wont get a cleaner or more well looked after car. I … More was on my way to purchase another T cross but decided that i need to give Heinrich the benefit of the doubt. He did not lie. The car was exceptionally clean and very well looked after just as he promised. I ended up buying the car from LJR Auto. Thanks so much for being an honest car salesman. You don't get much of them around. 🙂 Paid for the T cross and collected an hour later!

As a young professional this was my first vehicle that I bought through a dealership which you know can be stressfull, but with their help everything went smooth-sailing. Heindrich does an exceptional job at promising as he is very meticulous … More about the vehicles they take in to sell. I loved working closely with Heinrich and Cobus guading me every step of the way and checking in, you guys are amazing. Kyle is also a champ who has a trick up his sleeve for every hurdle in your path. This also aided in the process going faster. Buy smart and choose LJR Auto because they will go the extra mile AND more. See you guys for my next bakkie!

Excellent service. Purchasing a vehicle here gives real peace of mind! Even after the purchase was finalised, the vehicle experienced an issue that required repair. Despite my being in North West at the time, Heinrich went above and beyond … More by arranging and covering the cost of the repair—twice—managing everything remotely from Cape Town.
In all my years of buying vehicles, this has been, by far, the most professional and outstanding service I’ve received. I highly recommend Heinrich for his exceptional commitment to customer care.

I had an excellent experience working with Kobus! He went above and beyond, always making himself available to assist. Thanks to his support, trading in my old car and purchasing a new one was an absolute breeze, and the entire process … More wouldn’t have been nearly as smooth or enjoyable without him. I highly recommend LJR Auto !

I honestly don’t think I could have asked for better service – you won’t find this kind of dedication anywhere else. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding, every detail was handled with such precision, and Heinrich went … More above and beyond to make sure we got the very best bakkie possible. Within a week, my old bakkie was sold and my new one was delivered to me without a single worry. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares this much about their clients. I can recommend him to everyone – better service simply doesn’t exist!

My experience with LJR Auto has been exceptional. Even though I did not end up taking the vehicle, because I was looking for something different. Kobus and his team are very professional and very accommodating with you as a customer, not … More to mention, extremely friendly. And their vehicles are of Premium Quality. I will be recommending LJR Auto to all my friends when they look to buy another vehicle because it's been the best experience I've had with a car dealer.

We recently bought a VW Polo 1.0 TSI from LJR Auto, and the experience was exceptional. Heinrich, one of the co-owners, assisted us personally — he was quick to meet with us, arranged for the car to be inspected, and ensured we could take … More it for a test drive without any hassles.
The finance application process was seamless and efficient, and we were kept informed every step of the way. From start to finish, the service was professional and trustworthy.
I would highly recommend LJR Auto to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent customer service. Their commitment to high standards truly stands out.
